Additional info:

I strive to ship orders within two business days of receiving them. For instance, if you placed your order on a Monday, I would hope to ship it to you by the end of the day on Wednesday. If you place an order on a Friday, you should expect it to ship by the end of the following Tuesday at the latest. Currently, I am offering free shipping on all products. That may change in the future, but for the moment it seems like the simplest solution, allowing me to move forward with my online store!

I ship my ceramic items via USPS or UPS.

If your order is less than $100, I am happy to ship to a P.O. box. All of my work is individually created. I do not make multiples. Original artwork is special, so I require a signature for all orders (with the exception of orders sent to a P.O. box).

I want everyone who buys artwork from me to be satisfied with their purchase. Please email me about returning or exchanging an item before sending it back. All returned / exchanged items must be insured at their retail value, have a tracking number, and be sent back in their original or equally protective packaging within two weeks. I offer returns and exchanges, but do not refund return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in shipping, or if an error was made on my end. Return shipping costs in excess of original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please make sure that you do not spend more to send back your package than I spent sending it to you.

Please be sure about your purchase before submitting your order. I am a one person operation and I make one of a kind artwork. Please order only what you intend to keep! I want it to get to you safely, and I want you to love it.
